A couple weeks ago, Shawna and I traveled 4 1/2 hours up to the UP (Upper Peninsula of Michigan) so I could hike the Chapel Beech Loop to Pictured Rocks with a group of 20+ others. The group consisted of the creators and listeners of the Cut The Crap With Beth And Matt, who are both friends of the Country Strength gym.

It was about a 7 mile loop and if you get a chance, I’d highly recommend taking the trip.

Strength and fitness are often seen as nothing but bodybuilding and while that has a place, it’s bigger than that.

Being stronger, more mobile, having better balance, and increasing cardiovascular fitness impacts everything we do. From lifting people to farm equipment, hiking hidden treasures to cardio sessions with your spouse, being stronger and more capable positively impacts everything we do and want to do.

Don’t leave life on the table.

Train hard and train consistently.

Your experiences will thank you for living life.
