If you have pain in a joint (a joint in your body for clarity
), don’t just investigate the area where the pain persists, look at the musculature around it AND the joints above and below.
This seems crazy at first mention but it’s common.
When I hurt my lower back, I thought it was a hip issues for YEARS.
I see knee issues that are from ankle problems often.
A shoulder issue, even if there is a tear, could be the result of long term issues in other areas of the body, often in the pecs or thoracic spine.
Don’t become so focused on the area of pain you miss the cause and bypass addressing it long term.
